Transparent & Upfront

Our Prices

Honest, upfront pricing — and help when you need it.

We're a nonprofit clinic, and we'll never let cost be the only reason a pet goes without care.

How Our Pricing Works

Transparent pricing, fair billing, and help when you need it — we'll always walk you through your estimate before any care begins.

Community-Funded

A nonprofit here for every pet.

You'll receive an estimate before care begins, and we collect payment based on that estimate up front — so everything is settled and you can focus on your pet. We then adjust the final invoice to reflect what your pet actually needed. Because every animal is different, some costs can only be finalized during care:

  • Weight-based medications. Anesthesia, pain management, and many medications are dosed by your pet's weight, so we calculate the precise amount rather than charging a flat rate.
  • Surgical time. If a procedure takes longer than expected, additional anesthesia time and related charges may apply. If a surgery is more straightforward than planned, you may owe less.
  • Optional items. Some items, like a recovery cone, are your choice — you're welcome to bring your own or purchase one from us.

Our promise: We'll always walk you through your estimate before treatment, explain what's included, and reconcile your final bill to exactly what your pet needed — nothing more. If costs change along the way, we'll talk with you. This isn't about charging more; it's about charging fairly, for precisely the care your pet received.
