The Helping Hands Fund provides direct financial assistance to Douglas County pet owners who are facing unexpected veterinary expenses. Support is based on available funds and helps bridge the gap between what a family can afford and what their pet needs.
Eligibility
- Douglas County resident
- Demonstrated financial need
- Pet must be a current FTLOP patient or willing to establish care
- One-time or short-term assistance per household per year
